Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the "Baby Flashcards 0–3" mobile application (the "App") distributed via the Apple App Store. This Policy is drafted with applicable privacy laws in mind, including GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, and CalOPPA, to the extent they apply to a user.

For Firebase analytics, retention is configured in the service (typically 2 or 14 months for user-level event data); aggregated reports may be retained longer. Subscription-related records are retained as needed to confirm entitlements, accounting, and legal compliance.
